Supporting Global Engineering Projects

Built on Decades of Experience Supporting Technical Industries

Founded in 1978, Omni has spent nearly five decades working alongside organizations that operate in highly technical environments. From our Houston headquarters, we have supported engineering firms, manufacturers, energy companies, construction teams, and other industrial organizations as they communicate across languages and global markets.

Being based in one of the world’s most significant engineering and industrial centers has given us a long-standing connection to the industries we serve and a deep understanding of the communication challenges they face.

Over the years, we have supported projects ranging from engineering specifications and safety documentation to training materials, regulatory submissions, technical manuals, and multilingual project communications.

Our legacy of experience has shaped our approach to translation, as our team understands the importance of approved terminology and clear communication across international teams and supply chains.

We use Translation Memory, terminology management and quality assurance processes to help maintain consistency across large documentation sets while preserving institutional knowledge from one project phase to the next.

Additionally, every client works with a dedicated account manager who remains involved throughout the engagement, whether support is needed for technical translation, interpreting, multilingual desktop publishing, localization, or production.

Our Case Studies

A Dedicated Language Partner

Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, Omni has spent nearly five decades supporting organizations that operate in technical and industrial environments.

Over the years, we have supported multilingual communication throughout the engineering project lifecycle, from technical documentation and training materials to regulatory content, safety communications, and large-scale international projects.

We have built our approach around long-term relationships, assigning each client a dedicated project and account manager who takes the time to understand your challenges and objectives. For this reason, many of our client relationships span years, giving teams a consistent point of contact and a partner that becomes familiar with their requirements over time.

Our technology-enabled services include Translation Memory, terminology management and glossary development to help preserve approved technical language across future projects.

We can also incorporate existing Translation Memory assets from previous suppliers and maintain terminology databases that support consistency across your materials.
